MANTOVA GOMMA has started its activity since 1952 producing rubber parts for industries. In the following years thank to the constant efforts, trying to always improve its technologies, it has now reached a rather high productive level certified with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.

 Besides, producing rubber and metal-rubber parts, also according to customer's design and specifications, MANTOVA GOMMA is equipped with productive plants to deal with any request in the shortest time.

MANTOVA GOMMA is on a 6000 m² surface, where 3100 m² are covered. In the Company there are 30 employees.

Mixture room

The mixture-room, where the rubber mixtures are produced, is equipped with computers and an automatic management system.



The laboratory is equipped with various control equipment such as a rheometer, a viscosimeter, a dynamometer, aging-test stoves and other instruments for the characterization the mixtures.

Press department

The press department is equipped with pressing machines as follows:
  • compression moulding with capacity up to 1400 tons and surface moulding up to 1600x1600 m;
  • injection moulding with capacity up to 700 tons and injection volume up to 8000 cm³.
The deburring occurs using modern liquid nitrogen machines and a final visual control.



MANTOVA GOMMA is completely self-contained in its production cycle which begins with the equipment and the mixture design, continues with the moulding and finishes with the inspection of the product.

The Company achieved the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification (certificate N° 05587) on January 14th 2000.
